When Someone Leaves your Company
If you are managing your tasks through email and someone suddenly leaves your company, transitioning that person’s workload to other team members is often a pretty bumpy road.  The most important and obvious work is usually reassigned quickly but much of that person’s workload is usually halted.
Then it’s often not until someone complains or a deadline is missed that these action items are restarted.  And a lot of time is often wasted trying to resurrect what’s been done and what’s left to do.
But if this user’s tasks had been well documented in ezCollaborator, it would be very easy to reassign these tasks to other users.
