For the SAAS (Software As A Service) option, we handle the setup, including:
Setting up a dedicated ezCollaborator application and SQL Server database for you on our server.
Creating a sub-domain in the format: YourCompany.ezCollaborator.com.
In the event that you don’t want to use this sub-domain format, we can (free as part of our service) obtain and set up a dedicated domain you can use for this application.
Add your company logo to the login page. Or if you wish, customize the login page to look much like your existing company website. If you like, you could then add a link from your website to this login page and users would feel like this is an extension of your company website.
For the license option, you would be responsible for the installation. The setup would be fairly straightforward for your IT staff. We would provide installation instructions and help out as needed to ensure a smooth install.
