Post-sales Servicing
As you sign up new customers, they’ll be set up within ezCollaborator so you and your customer service team can properly service them as long-term customer accounts.
Then as work flows your way (whether it be directly to you or via your customer service team), you’ll be able to monitor these work requests and respond accordingly.  If you see a problem along the way, you can help nudge things in the right direction to be sure your customer is serviced properly.  And if a client calls you with a problem that’s been handled by someone else in your firm, you’ll have the information at your fingertips to track down the details and jump in to rectify the problem quickly.
