One challenge to providing first class customer service to ensure that we always do what we promise to our customers. Sometimes things get very chaotic and we forget to follow up. Sometimes there’s a miscommunication on what really is to be done. Sometimes employees leave the company or are shifted to new roles. What is needed is a mechanism to prevent dropping the ball so our internal issues do not impact our customers.
Once a customer submits a work request into ezCollaborator (or you enter it on their behalf), it will never be simply dropped. The task will remain open and assigned to a specific user until someone consciously closes it out or places it on hold.
